Privacy Policy

This policy covers the AngkaHarta marketing website. Data handled inside the AngkaHarta Android application is governed by the notices presented within that application and on its store listing.

Website analytics and attribution. When you visit, the site generates a random, anonymous visitor identifier stored in your browser and records basic interaction events such as a page visit, a call-to-action click, and whether the pricing section was viewed. Alongside these events we store campaign attribution values present in the page URL (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term or a campaign code), the landing path and the referring URL. This identifier is not linked to your name and is not used to build an advertising profile.

Form submissions. If you join the launch list we collect your email address and your consent record. If you use the contact form we collect your email address, subject and message. Submissions are stored together with the anonymous visitor identifier and attribution values described above.

Technical data. Our hosting and backend providers process standard request data such as IP address and user agent in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

To operate and improve the website, to understand which campaigns bring people to the product, to notify you about the launch if you asked us to, to respond to enquiries you send us, and to prevent spam and abuse.

The website does not currently use third-party advertising pixels, third-party analytics trackers, or advertising cookies. The visitor identifier and attribution values are kept in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who host the website, store submissions and deliver email on our behalf, and where we are legally required to disclose it.

We keep event and attribution records only for as long as they remain useful for measuring campaign performance, and we keep form submissions for as long as needed to answer your enquiry or to notify you at launch, after which they are deleted or anonymised. If you ask us to remove your email address, we act on that request.

Submissions are sent over encrypted HTTPS connections to access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you have given us, withdraw your consent to launch emails, or opt out of website analytics by clearing your browser storage and using your browser's privacy settings. To make a request, use the contact form.

The website is intended for adults evaluating property investments and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy as the product develops. The current version is always the one published on this page.
